Kobra Fit provides personal training at clients home, work place, apartment recreation room, or poolside. All training programs are geared on a format that allows each client to strengthen and compete with themselves which will build self confidence.  Kobra Fit provides solid fitness education and nutritional advice.We know whether a client selects four, six, eight ,or twelve weeks of training your results will be mind blowing and life changing.Our goal is to teach clients how to incorporate training into their everyday lives.

           KOBRA FIT CARDIO TRAINING  ONLY $2 A SESSION

 

Helps the delivery system of oxygen to your working muscles becomes much more effective, as with the ability for waste and carbon dioxide to be carried out of your muscles. Also, you develop more hemoglobin in your blood and more capillaries, for a greater ability to transport blood to the areas of your body where it is needed.This 5 day a week package includes the following training: core strengthen,plyometrics,abs plus,glute max tone& performance. 60 sessions. Ask about the free 30 meal plan

           KOBRA FIT CAMP TRAINING   ONLY $2 A SESSION

 

Combines competitive training to enhance muscle size & strength. Kobra Fit camp training helps you function better in real life, so you can carry shopping  bags, move boxes and play with your children easily and with less risk of  injury.This 6 day a week training package includes the following training: fitness bands training,medicine ball,cardio boxing & natural body weight.72 sessions  Ask about the free 30 meal plan

           KOBRA FIT SOLUTION TRAINING  ONLY $2 A SESSION

 

Helps hone proprioception by teaching the body to react to sudden changes in stimuli. This is a intense training program that  uses a F.I.T. format. F.requency training consistently serveral times a week. I.ntensity is determined on a steady pace. T.ime set guideline and complete them to the best of your ability ultimately you will increase fitness level.  This 5 - 7 day a week training package includes the following training: fitness bands training,core strengthen,medicine ball,& natural body weight.84 sessions

           KOBRA FIT RESISTANCE BAND TRAINING  ONLY $2 A SESSION

Is based on the principle that muscles of the body will work to overcome a resistance force when they are required to do so. When resistance band training is undertaken repeatedly and consistently, muscles become stronger.This 4 - 5 day a week training package includes the following training: fitness bands training,abs,& natural body weight. 84 sessions.
